I'm not the most creative person when it comes to names. Many years ago, some people knew me as Stormer. I don't think it reflects the person I am now, but I couldn't think of anything better, so I'm stuck with Stormer for now. It feels a little cringey, since I'm now a 40-something woman, but I guess there are worse usernames out there. It was somewhat inspired by the character Stormer from Jem & The Holograms (not that she was my favorite character or anything, I just thought it sounded cool), and by the song "Stormbringer" by Deep Purple.

Hobbies & interests

I don't have interesting hobbies such as photography, or sewing, or birdwatching. I spend most of my free time reading or listening to music. Sometimes I'll search something on Wikipedia and end up clicking on random links inside articles, and jumping from article to article and learning useless random stuff gives me great joy. I guess it can be considered a hobby.

I don't consider myself a gamer, but I'm kind of obsessed with The Sims 2. Right now I'm not playing it, but every couple of years I'll spend a few months playing, downloading custom content, and talking about it nonstop.

Though I'm not a religious person, I'm deeply interested in religion/spirituality. I'm also into magic/witchcraft, astrology, mysticism, and psychology.
